Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders or trials before purchase. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.
Subscriptions
By taking out a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency of the subscription you have selected.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be billed for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Order confirmation e-mails include links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you buy a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or will soon be available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of ordering, register your payment method and then make the full payment or the remaining payment at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full and partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you order an item to try before you buy, we authorize your payment method before we execute the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. Once this period has elapsed, if you have not returned the item, we will debit your payment method for the full amount.
